Dr. Grover is a Double Board Certified Physician in Family Medicine and Obstetrics. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Biology at SUNY Stony Brook prior to pursuing a Master's in Clinicial Nutrition at New York Institute of Technology and thereafter her medical degree at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Grover went on to complete her residency training in Family Medicine at Long Beach Medical Center and a fellowship in Women's Health at SUNY Downstate. Dr. Grover has always believed in a comprehensive approach towards the health of her patients which includes a dynamic and integrative practice that addresses the physical as well as lifestyle, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients. In addition, she also emphasizes preventative medicine and is a firm believer in stopping the progression of a disease state before it starts. It is of these values in which Dr. Grover was attracted towards Cardiatrics and saw the benefit of the program for her patients. Cardiovascular disease is the number one disease state in the US and it is also preventable although there haven't been sound models yet until now. Dr. Grover has seen amazing results of her patients on this program and feels that she has made a proactive and immeasurable difference once their risk is reduced after completing the program.
